Hello! My name is Rose Manson and I run Rose's Lil Buds in home daycare for children ages 6 weeks to 2 ish years. I am married and have been blessed with 3 girls of our own, a granddaughter and a grandson. I am from Shawnee, Kansas and attended Calvary Bible College where I earned by BA in Biblical Counseling-an excellent resource for my family and others! I also complete 16+ hours related to early childhood education per year to continue my education and comply with licensing requirements for the state of KS. My program fosters learning through play while modeling appropriate social emotional skills to prepare your little one for preschool. I partner with my families to serve like a second mom and home to their kiddos and family members. I keep open communication, welcoming communication and conflict resolution.
